NWUK walking groups also offer great mental wellbeing as you walk as part of a friendly and supporting group, enjoy your local outdoor areas and take a moment to connect with your true self.

Jen Hansford

Hi I am Jen and being a WALX Master unites my passions for the great outdoors, nature, walking as well as physical and mental wellbeing.

I have worked in the Fleet community for 17 years as a Pilates and exercise instructor and for the past 10years have owned and held my classes at Studio 24 in Church Crookham.

I am also an holistic therapist as the mind and body are not two separate entities they need to be working in unison. I offer massage, reiki and mediation to my clients to create balance.
